Option 1: FREE Shuttle Bus and Parking

If you plan to drive to Eeyore’s Birthday, using the free shuttle bus is the best option. We do have accessible buses for those needing accommodation There is plenty of free parking at the shuttle pickup near the capitol building. It’s free, quick, and easy. Shuttle busses leave every 10 minutes during the event. Buses start at 8am for volunteers and continue until all our guests have left the park.

Option 2: Cap Metro

We work closely with Cap Metro to ensure you can get to Eeyore’s Birthday Party safely. Check out the trip planner and routes below that serve Pease Park.

Option 3: Bike

Austin is the best place in the State of Texas to ride. Feel free to take a nice stroll through our beautiful town on your way to Eeyore’s Birthday party. There will be racks at the South end of Pease District Park near Kingsbury. Please be aware there is no riding allowed within the park grounds during Eeyore’s Birthday party.

Option 4: Walk

If you live in the West campus area, walking is the easiest way to get to the park and its great exercise.

Option 5: Rideshare Drop Off Locations

If you plan to catch a ride to the park, please use one of the approved drop areas shown in the map below (circled in red). For safety reasons, please do not use any area along Lamar as a drop off.
