We take your safety-and the safety of every Guest and volunteer staff member at Eeyore’s Birthday Party very seriously. We begin planning and preparing months in advance for our Party and work with both City of Austin and regional Public Safety agencies on prevention to ensure that you and your family can enjoy a great experience.
As prepared as we are, there may come a time when you or someone else attending Eeyore’s may need assistance. We are prepared for that!
If you need assistance with an EMERGENCY:
DO
- Take Note of Where You Are: Throughout the park there are white signs with a letter and a number (example: D3) – identifying the marker closest to your emergency helps us get to you faster!
- Find Eeyores Staff (who can contact emergency staff):
- Black Shirts: Medic, Peace Keeper
- Orange Shirts: Volunteer
- We also have many Constables wearing brown uniforms present throughout the park that you can reach out to.
- Please only call 9-1-1 as a last resort!
- Your call will be routed back to the Eeyore’s Public Safety Command – and delay getting assistance to you!
If there is an emergency that requires notification of all of the Guests, such as an approaching weather event, we will notify via our mailing list, Instagram, the official Eeyores website and the over the PA systems at the Stages.
Locate and scan the event QR code so we can keep you updated with the best information should it be necessary. These can be found throughout the park at various booths.
